It lets you lock your brake pedal down when you park so you can shift into gear easier when you start riding again. Plus, it's compatible with a padlock, so you can deter would-be thieves from driving away with your Ranger.

Easy Install and One-Foot Engagement
We made it super easy to install this brake lock. Just remove two stock nuts, pop this thing on the bolts, then thread those nuts back on. It takes no time at all. It's easy to use too. You can engage and disengage the lock with one foot. It's convenient, it's easy, and it makes your rides better.
